Jack Hines brings 32 years of plumbing, mechanical, pools, facilities engineering, construction and renovation experience to Blue Line. For homeowners, that means a practical understanding of how building systems work together and how to plan repairs with long-term upkeep in mind.

His facilities and engineering leadership includes work associated with Caesars Palace, Rio Las Vegas, The Cromwell and Circa Hospitality Group. His experience spans high-rise construction and remodeling, with capital and operational budgets exceeding $50 million.

Jack’s background in mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, cost control, safety and team leadership informs Blue Line’s approach: understand the problem, explain the options, and help customers make informed decisions about their property.
